Table 9. Purposed IIR Coefficients for FCC Band
The second example shows the design steps used to
generate the IIR coefficients for the filter in the FCC
band. For this design, a 4th-order elliptic filter is used
with the 483kHz passband frequency. The passband
ripple is 0.5dB and the stopband attenuation is 12dB.
For a 1.2MHz sampling frequency, the coefficients are
shown in Table 9.
The transmitter lowpass filter band is set by TXCONF<7:6>
bits. The aforementioned floating point coefficients were
generated using MATLAB
