Reflow solder the capacitor on P.C. board (shown in
Appendix 2) and bend it for 1mm.
Reflow solder the capacitors on P.C board (shown in
Appendix 1).
Solder: H63A (JIS Z 3282)
Flux:
Reflow solder the capacitors on P.C. board (shown in
Appendix 1) before testing.
Expose the capacitors in the condition step1 through
step 4 and repeat 100 times consecutively.
Leave the capacitors in ambient condition for 24±2h
before measurement.
