6.2 はんだ付けについて Soldering
6.2.1 リフロー Reflow
本製品はリフロー対応ですが（リフロー回数 2 回まで）ですが、はんだディップには対応して
おりません。

イルの条件内であっても、 基板の反り・曲がり等によりパッケージに応力が加わった場合、 パッケージ
内部の不具合を誘発する恐れがありますので、 御社リフロー装置において十分製造条件確認の上でご使
