The lead-free reflow profile is shown in Figure 7.
A. Position
Optimally, the clip solder feet should be centered on the pads; ever, slight misalignment is permissible.
Refer to Figure 8. The pegs of the driver header should be inserted into the holes in the pc board to ensure
proper alignment.
