5.1 Housing
The CMOSens
chemically inert polycarbonate housing. The rugged
package has been designed to withstand overpressures
of up to 8 bars (116 psi).
Physical dimensions and mounting information are
provided in Figure 8 and Table 3.
5.2 Flow Connection
For flow connection a G3/8 thread (BSPP=British
Standard Pipe Parallel, metric!) in an aluminum flange is
provided on both sides of the EM1 device.
Only use connectors with a parallel external thread of
correct size.
Do not use connectors with tapered external thread.
For best measurement results Sensirion advises strongly
the use of straight inlet and outlet connectors.
