Der aktive Tastkopf hat den entscheidenden
Vorteil einer extrem kleinen Eingangskapazität.
Die Eingangsimpedanz ist somit nahezu rein
ohmsch und die Belastung des Messpunktes
auch bei hohen Frequenzen gering. Sein Ein-
satzbereich liegt überwiegend dort, wo es auf
die getreue Darstellung von steilen Signalimpul-
sen ankommt.
Hohe Impedanz mit geringer Rückwirkung auf das
Messsignal: Sehr saubere Rechteckform.

Die Ursache für den Unterschied in den beiden
hier dargestellten Signalverläufen liegt allein in

Technical Information
Active test probes
The active test probe has the crucial advantage
of an extremely low input capacity. Thus the
input impedance is almost purely resistive and
the load upon the point of measurement is
small even at high frequencies. Its main field
of application is where there is a need for the
undistorted display of steep signal pulses.
The difference in the two signal traces shown
here is due solely to the different capacities of
the active and passive test probe.

La sonde active présente l’avantage décisif
d’une capacité d’entrée extrêmement faible.
L’impédance d’entrée est ainsi presque pure-
ment ohmique et la charge du point de mesure
faible même aux hautes fréquences. Elle
s’emploie surtout dans les cas où on a besoin
d’une représentation fidèle d’impulsions à
flancs raides.
La raison de la différence entre les deux cour-
bes de signaux représentées ici réside unique-
ment dans la différence de capacité des sondes
active et passive.
