When RESET is high, this signal resets the ATA PC Card.
The ATA PC Card is reset only at power up if this signal is
left high or open from power-up. The ATA PC Card can also
be reset when the soft reset bit in the Configuration Option
Register is set.
This signal is the same as the PC Card Memory Mode
signal.
In the True IDE Mode this input pin is the active low
hardware reset from the host.
-VS1 is grounded, and -VS2 is not connected so that the
card CIS can be read at either 3.3 volts or 5.0 volts.
This signal is the same for all models.
This signal is not used in IDE Mode.
