This walkthrough explains how to create a custom variation of a CSC
MegaCore function using IP Toolbench and the Quartus II software.

Decompress the package by typing the following command:
gunzip -d csc-v2.3.0_<operating system>.tar.gz
where <operating system> is either solaris or linux.
Extract the package contents by typing the following command:
tar -xvf csc-v2.3.0_<operating system>.tar
