Gray Scale Decoder
There are 16 gray levels from GS0 to GS15. The gray scale of the display is defined by the pulse width
(PW) of current drive phase, GS0 has no pre-charge and no current drive. Each L value represents an
offset to the corresponding gray scale level. See below table and graphical representation:

DCLK: Internal Display Clock. It is used for defining phase clock period.
