Detailed Description
On earlier shipments of the kit, the board has capacitors C4 and C5 populated.
The three-pin ceramic resonator on board has internal capacitors. Capacitors
C4 and C5 thus created too large a capacitive load for the oscillator. Remove
capacitors C4 and C5.
