Data Rate
The data rate over the USB bus is controlled by the USB_SPEED header. When shipped from
the factory, the DEMO908QC16 is configured for high-speed operation. If the user encounters
a communication failure, data rate may be reduced by setting this option jumper to Full.

MON08 Header
A MON08 compatible programming cable may be attach to the 16-pin MON08 port. Use of
this port requires the user to install a 2x8, 01” center, pin header. Use of this feature requires
an externally powered MON08 cable. The terminal program used with the MON08 cable
should be set to a baud rate of 9600. Set handshaking as required by the terminal MON08
cable used. Refer to MC68HC908QC16 documentation for further details.

VTST_EN
VTST voltage level is not provided on this board. The MON08 debug cable used must provide
all configuration voltage levels necessary to force the MCU into MON08 mode.
