Change Type:

To change site from Contract Manufacturing 1 (CM1) to Contract Manufacturing 2 (CM2) for 20L PLCC package. This

change also include terminal finish material from NiPdAu to PureTin (100%Sn).

Parts Affected:

Description and Extent of Change:

Current : The listed part numbers in Table 1 are manufactured in CM1 using NiPdAu terminal finish.

New : All the listed part numbers in Table 1 changed manufacturing site to CM2 using PureTin terminal finish.

Reasons for Change:

CM1 exiting business and CM2 manufacture with 100%Sn capability. CM2 process and reliability validated per the Jedec

standard and it passed.

Effect of Change on Fit, Form, Function, Quality, or Reliability:

This change will not affect Fit, Form and Function of the products.

Effective Date of Change:

Product using this change is targeted to commence on 30

as identification to differentiate this new part with old inventory. Shipment timing will vary depending on inventory levels

and customer demand for each part numbers.
