1 : IDLE = ‘1’ + SLEP instruction → idle mode
When CPUS=0, the CPU oscillator selects the sub-oscillator and the
main oscillator is stopped.
From SLEP instruction, this bit will determine as to which mode to
choose.
0 : sub-oscillator (fs)
