Pin 19 is connected to the 32kHz Subclock (X0A)
Pin 19 is used as P40
and is connected to X1-19 and X4-A16
Pin 19 is connected to GND (in case that subclock-
device is used, but no 32kHz crystal is connected)
Pin 20 is connected to the 32kHz Subclock (X1A)
Pin 20 is used as P41
and is connected to X1-20 and X4-A17
