PARAMETER
This is the total 5.5V input leakage for the entire device. This value should be divided by
the number of pins driven to 5.5V to calculate per-pin leakage. For example, if both 5V
tolerant inputs are driven to 5.5V, the per-pin leakage is TBD/2.
XI can optionally be driven from a 25MHz single-ended clock oscillator.
