Offset Correction
After the X and Y values are read out, the temperature corrected offset value must be
subtracted.
Amplitude Normalization
Next, the X and Y values are normalized using the peak values determined in the
calibration.
Non-Orthogonality Correction
The influence of the non-orthogonality can be compensated using following equation, in
which only the Y channel must be corrected.
Resulting Angle
After correction of all errors, the resulting angle can be calculated using the arctan
