Carrier AM Noise ASD threshold. This 8-bit threshold is compared against the top 8 bits of the carrier 1 phase noise
value. The definition of the threshold in terms of carrier frequency deviation is:
Fadev = average frequency deviation (in Hz)
Fs = Input sample rate (in Hz), see the Sample Rate Register table for the input sample rate that corresponds to the
selected output sample rate.
