Any value written to this register will update the ACL with the data from the ICL.
This bit takes precedence over en_in (bit-1) and en_out (bit-0).
0: individual input/output configuration (regs 80h to C3h) is bypassed (default).
1: input/outputs are individually controlled by register 80h to C3h.
This bit has no meaning if en_individ = 1 (bit-2).
0: inputs are disabled (default)
