Stay Quiet
On receiving the Stay Quiet command, the LRI2K enters the Quiet State and does NOT
send back a response. There is NO response to the Stay Quiet command even if an error
occurs.
When in the Quiet state:
The LRI2K exits the Quiet State when:

reset to 0 and Address_Flag is set to 1).
