Programming Detail
0 = Disable CGMS encoding in field 1.
1 = Enable CGMS encoding in field 1 (line 20).
0 = Disable CGMS encoding in field 2.
1 = Enable CGMS encoding in field 2 (line 283)

When set to logical one, this will reset all registers, including itself, to logical zero.
