This pin is used to select whether or not to use the divider within
the display clock oscillator.
CLS = H: Use divider
CLS = L: Do not use divider
When using an external clock, the CLS = L setting is input via the
OSC
respectively.

This pin is used to select the resistor that is used for V
regulation.
IRS = H: Uses internal resistor
