FCMD — Flash Command
First unlock command. 
Second unlock command.
Page Erase command (From Flash Controller ‘Locked’ state, must be the
third command written to this register to initiate Page Erase).
Mass Erase command (Ignored by Flash Controller if written by the CPU and
executed by Flash Controller if ICP writes the command. From Flash
Controller ‘Locked’ state, must be the third command written to this register
to initiate Mass Erase).
