The CXD3410GA can set the OPB clamp output value from 0 to 60LSB in 4LSB steps by using CCD signal
processor block control data D12 to D15 OBLVL.
The OPB clamp output setting data is expressed as shown in the table below using D12 to D15 OBLVL.
