2.7.2 If an Error is Detected in the Self-check
Table 2.5 lists how to remedy the troubles if the target status LED display is abnormal in the self-check. When an error is
detected, shut off the emulator and the user system and follow the steps in the Table 2.5.

Be sure to disconnect the user system before executing the self-check.
Use the preinstalled oscillator circuit board OSC-3 (16MHz) to execute the self-check.
If the self-check does not result normally (excluding target status errors), the emulator may be damaged. Then,
contact your local distributor.
