The following instructions describe how to connect the boards.
1. At power up, all LEDs will be off. However, because the MCU turns the LEDs on by default,

The boards are now connected. As a simple test, hold down S4 on one board and LED4 on the
other board will turn off. As a simple UART test, use a terminal program setup to 19200 baud
and send characters or files between the two boards.
This test can be performed on either the 13192-SARD or the 13192-EVB. Before running the
Wireless UART/Cable Replacement application, the board must be flashed with the proper
application. Follow the instructions as shown in
Embedded Bootloader.
5.7 Test Tool Utility
The Test Tool Utility is a Windows based graphical interface that communicates via the PTC test
interface to the Embedded Bootloader enabled applications that run on the13192-EVB and
13192-SARD boards. The Test Tool provides the following applets:
