FLASH LED is an open drain output. A LED and a resistor can be directly
connected between this output and VBATT.
When the Q2686 Wireless CPU
is connected on CHG-IN inputs, this output flashes ( 100 ms ON, 900 ms OFF )
to indicate the pre-charging phase of the battery.
