Selecting the Printer
Use one of the following two methods.
Entering the Directory Name Directly
This operation will change the directory and close the Change Directory window.
Selecting the Directory from the Screen


Selecting [Revert] will return the directory to its previous setting.
Change the Drive
Select the Directory from the Screen
Double-click on [Drives] in the [Directory tree] field. The drive name is displayed. Double-click on
the desired drive name.
Select the [Directory Tree] field using the Tab Key. When [Drives] is selected, press the Space
Key or Return Key.
The drive’s directories will be displayed.
Double-click on the desired directory name. Click on [OK].
Select the desired directory name using the Tab Key. Press the Space Key or Return Key. Select
[OK] using the Tab Key, then press the Space Key or Return Key.
This will change the directory and close the Change Directory window.
Click on the selected printer, then click on [OK].
Select [Printer Type] using the Tab Key. Select the printer using the Up and Down Cursor Keys.
Select [OK] using the Tab Key, then press the Space Key or Return Key.
Type the directory name in the [Directory Name] field and press the Return Key.
Click on or select [ ] -- [Printer Selection].
