5-5-2 Transferring Parameters between IBM PC/AT or
Note This operation is not necessary if the window is still open after setting the parameters.
Note When entering the File Name do not add an extension. One will be allocated automatically.
1. Opening the User Parameter Window

Saving from IBM PC/AT or Compatible to Disk
Save File window opens.
Creating a New File


Type the File Name into the [Save File] field. Press the Return Key or select [PC Disk].
Select [PC Disk] as follows:
Click on [PC Disk].
Select [PC Disk] using the Tab Key. Press the Space Key or Return Key.
Click on [PC Disk].
Select [PC Disk] using the Tab Key. Press the Space Key or Return Key.
This section explains how to save the parameters recorded in IBM PC/AT or compatible
memory to disk. This section also explains how to read the disk’s parameter files to the
IBM PC/AT or compatible memory.
The target disk for saving and reading is set according to Changing the Directory in 5-3
System Monitor . When using a parameter file-dedicated disk or directory, select [ ] --
[Change Directory] before setting.
Click on or select [Parameter] -- [User Parameter].
