CONCLUSION
Thanks to the driving strategy adopted, the 25000rpm has been reached with a feeding of 230VAC and a
BUS current of around 3A RMS by using a standard full-bridge driver and an 8 bit micro controller. The
“smart” hardware performances of the ST Five micro controllers, and the efficient Visual FIVE tool have
allowed the development of this application in a simple way. The intrinsic low cost features of the SR
Motor, the optimum quality/price rate of the ST Five Micro controller Family and the efficient electronic
topology emphasize this result.
