Code & Data Memory Map
Memory Map of EVB B/D is composed of code memory 128 Kbytes and data memory 64Kbytes. Data

memory is divided into SRAM, W3150A
, and Text LCD Area. Other than these, there is 4Kbytes AVR
Internal EEPROM. Various types of environmental variables are recorded on this EEPROM.
