Example:
JTAGEL4 /PI2C EEPROM.CFG /I2CCLK=GP26 /I2CDAT=GP27
This example loads the file EEPROM.CFG to a serial EEPROM connected to the
pins GP26 and GP27 of the AMD ÉlanSC400/ÉlanSC410.
