Product Description

The PA0903AA-41H is a small, low cost drop-in iso-attenuator designed for

applications in high performance linear power amplifiers for wireless infra-

structure base stations. These iso-attenuators feature a robust construc-

tion for high reliability with excellent IMD performance and high power

capability attenuators. These iso-attenuators are RoHS compliant, RFMD

Green, and use aluminum nitride attenuators. CCW rotation and special

tab offsets available upon request. S-Parameters are also available upon

request.
