11.6.2 ROM VERSION
The ST6200C, 01C and 03C are mask pro-
grammed ROM version of ST62T00C, T01 and
T03C OTP devices.
They offer the same functionality as OTP devices,
selecting as ROM options the options defined in
the programmable option byte of the OTP version.
