revolutionary Power MOSFET associates a new
vertical structure to the company's strip layout
and associates all advantages of reduced on-
resistance and fast switching with an intrinsic fast-
recovery body diode.Strongly recommended for
bridge topologies, in ZVS phase-shift converters.
