General Description: The CYNSE70128 device provides a “MULTI_HIT” signal as an output. The purpose of this signal is to
indicate the occurrence of a multiple hit on a Search in the search engine.
Correct Usage: In order to ensure correct function for MULTI_HIT on CYNSE70128:
The MULTI_HIT signal should be sampled on four CLK1X cycles (or on eight CLK2X cycles) after the issue of the Search
command, regardless of the TLSZ and HLAT parameters in the command register.

• Backward compatibility mode (with CYNSE70032 and CYNSE70064): Data array bits need to be used as table ID bits.
• Non-backward compatibility mode: Either data array bits need to still be used as table ID bits, or the entire data array needs
