The format of the Generic UUI/LI Table is the following:
While treating AAL2 packets, Event Reports can be generated. Only 2 events can be generated: R (Always Report)
and I (Init Connection). The Event Report also gives the UUI and LI of the received packet, as well as the RX AAL2
Connection Base Address. The Format of the AAL2 Connection Event Reports is the following:
