STMicroelectronics' unique "single feature size"
strip-based process, which decreases the critical
alignment steps to offer exceptional
manufacturing reproducibility. The result is a
transistor with extremely high packing density for
low on-resistance, rugged avalanche
characteristics and low gate charge.
