Architecture Description
Each XC9500 device is a subsystem consisting of multiple
Function Blocks (FBs) and I/O Blocks (IOBs) fully intercon-
nected by the Fast CONNECT™ switch matrix. The IOB
provides buffering for device inputs and outputs. Each FB
