programs the LTA/CTA values so
that luma and chroma are aligned at
the output for all modes of
operation.
SWPC. Allows the Cr and Cb samples
to be swapped.
PW_UPD. Peak white update
determines the rate of gain.

CKE. Color kill enable allows the
color kill function to be switched on
and off.

CAGC[1:0]. Chroma automatic gain
control selects the basic mode of
operation for the AGC in the chroma
path.
Reserved.
LAGC[2:0]. Luma automatic gain
control selects the mode of
operation for the gain control in the
luma path.
