The Enhanced PWM can be configured to automati-
cally restart the PWM signal once the auto-shutdown
condition has been removed. Auto-restart is enabled by
setting the PxRSEN bit in the PWMxCON register.

If auto-restart is enabled, the CCPxASE bit will remain
