Pin Descriptions
Description
DACVCC should be isolated from all other
VCCs, and should not be greater than
CORVCC.
DACGND should be common with digital
ground but must be tightly coupled to
DACVCC.
MCKVCC and DCKVCC must be at the same
voltage level as CORVCC.
Each of the MCKVCC/MCKGND and
DCKVCC/DCKGND pairs must be
INDIVIDUALLY decoupled.
Balls D5 and C4 (DCKVCC) may be jumpered
together. Balls B4 and A3 (DCKGND) may be
jumpered together
Refer to the section on clock generation for
suggested clock power and ground PCB
layout.
