Feature Control Register
These bits return the value of 0 when read.
0: VSYNC output pin simply provides the vertical sync signal.
1: VSYNC output pin provides a signal that is the logical OR of the vertical sync signal and
the value of bit 0 of Input Status Register 1 (ST01).
Note: This feature is largely unused by current software -- this bit is provided solely for
VGA compatibility.
These bits return the value of 0 when read.
