Xilinx Spartan-3A DSP FPGA
The Xilinx XC3SD1800A-4FG676C device designed into the Spartan-3A DSP Starter
Platform provides four I/O banks — two are fixed voltage and two are I/O voltage-
selectable. The four I/O banks are described in
