Fabricated using the CMOS process, these low-dropout regulators provide dual outputs that can deliver 200-mA output
current. These regulators incorporate overcurrent protection circuitry. Each output voltage can be independently turned on/off
via the control pins.
They are available in SM6 (SOT-26, SC-74) and UF6 packages. Small ceramic capacitors can be used as input and output
capacitors.
