exponent register (Register 0xFE39, Bits[2:0]).
Mantissa high bits (Y[10:8]) used in power linear mode format (X = Y × 2
Mantissa low byte (Y[7:0]) used in power linear mode format (X = Y × 2
Description
1 = device was busy and unable to respond.
1 = device is not providing power to the output.
1 = output overvoltage fault.
1 = output overcurrent fault.
1 = input undervoltage fault.
1 = temperature fault or warning.
1 = communications, memory, or logic fault.
1 = fault or warning not listed in Bits[7:1].
