These bytes are providing the outcome of the RF filter calibration. It can be used as an
indicator regarding RF filter robustness implementation on PCB.
In the following drawing,

Transition 0 (initialisation):
– Power_state_byte_2: wakes the tuner up
– MSN_byte_1 (3Bh)
– MSN_byte_2 (01h): launches tuner calibration
– IRQ is generated once operations are completed
