User Time Interval Select Register
User code writes the required time interval to this register. When the 8-bit interval counter is equal to the time
interval value loaded in the INTVAL SFR, the TII bit (TIMECON.2) is set and generates an interrupt if enabled.

counts from 0 to 127 before rolling over to increment the SEC time register.

This register is incremented in 1-hour intervals once TCEN in TIMECON is active. If the TFH bit (TIMECON.6)
is set to 1 the HOUR SFR counts from 0 to 23 before rolling over to 0. If the TFH bit is set to 0, the HOUR SFR
counts from 0 to 255 before rolling over to 0.
