Note:
When setting day data in RTCDAY, stop RTC (RTCEN=0).
Do not write unrealistic day data to RTCDAY.
When reading RTCDAY, read consecutively it twice until the last data coincides the previous data to prevent reading
of uncertain data while counting up the clock.
