Note:
A 0.5-second interrupt and a 1-second interrupt request a RTC periodic interrupt (RTCINT) even if RTC is being
stopped (RTCEN is “0”). A 1-minute interrupt does not request a RTC periodic interrupt while RTC is stopped.
