The T3CS1 and T3CS0 bits are used for selecting the operation clock of timer 3. LSCLK, HTBCLK, or the external
clock (P44/T13P1CK) can be selected by these bits.
In cases where the 16-bit timer mode has been selected by setting T23M16 of TM2CON to “1”, the values of T3CS1
and T3CS0 are invalid.
